I got some good exercise today during track conditioning, it was a really good workout if you don't half ass it. Honestly if you do a good Hour workout of high intensity cardio with some push ups, and crunches in there you got yourself a mighty fine workout.
Sounds like you know a lot about it. I like doing cardio exercize too so I'd love to learn more about it! post a more detailed description and I might pick it up too!
