sorry i have a lot of sports to attend to lately, so i haven't been on as frequently.. what a bummer..
plus im tired all the time so all i do is sleep haha. this sucks
But since the weather is nice i suggest some bike riding, thats what i do on my free time, fuck the computer! haha

Daily Workout
This is what you should do for a good workout
Sprints: 4, 50 meter dashes (not in one consecutive run either, because you will get slower as you do it and it will be more like a jog)
High knees: 100 meters
Skips: 100 metes
Backward sprints: 100 meters

2 minutes of each squats,jumping jacks, push-ups,hand-claps,mountain climbers, and then stretches.

A celebrity tae bo workout
This is 44 minutes, do this daily
And this is ultimate tae bo it is 89 minutes. do it on sundays!

Track
I got some good exercise today during track conditioning, it was a really good workout if you don't half ass it. Honestly if you do a good Hour workout of high intensity cardio with some push ups, and crunches in there you got yourself a mighty fine workout.
